I myself would take as much antifungals as I can tolerate. So you might cut back to 1 tablespoon of coconut oil plus oregano oil. If I were you I would also add something like Syntol which contains probiotics to colonize the intestinal walls where the yeast died off from and enzymes to digest the yeast bioform which is protecting the yeast from the antifungals.
