Re: Are Antifungals Really Necessary?

Okay, thanks. I can definitely say that I'm in MUCH better shape after these last 2 months, despite the fact that I haven't stayed on the diet consistently, it still seems to me that I've killed off a lot more yeast than I've produced, because I'm much more clear-headed and healthy these days and my dermatitis is less severe.

It's just impossible for me to function when I'm in an extreme state of die-off because I have a lot of stuff to do such as studying, working, and carrying out a social life (I'm only 21), so I just need to take antifungals in a slower way that minimizes die-off symptoms as much as possible. Would it be effective to take like 1 teaspoon of coconut oil a day then gradually build my way up to tablespoons, all the while taking lots of vitmain C, milk thistle, and water?
