I was wondering how many of you suffer from the anxiety and what do you do to suppress it?

I so want off the SSRI and Benzo but it will take a long time to wean off these.

I just started the weaning of the clonazepam as I mentioned before and know it will be a very slow process

I took the test in Dr, wilsons book and my #'s were so high that according to that I am definately severely fatigued.

So I will wait to see the Dr in two weeks to find out the results of all the labs and take it from there.

will increase Vit C from 1000mg to 2000mgs in the meantime along with going from 400mgs to 600mgs of magnesium.

I have Iodine here but not sure if I should take it.

I would love to hear what symptoms you all have because I feel so alone in this.

my family is starting to get tired of me being this way for so long, they have been so supportive and encouraging, but it really is getting old me always feeling so sick.
