Thank you. Our selenium has been in place. Learnt to manage that as we go. Had boron on 9mg but cut down to 6mg now after fluoride detox too difficult. Really at a loss with weight gain, hairloss, sore hips, numb/tingling extremities and some other symptoms. My husband suffers esophageal spams and problems very badly. Maybe you have some ideas with these? I will start pushing Lugol's to 100mg from 75mg tomorrow. Have been afraid to after bad detox especially my husband with frightening things like dropped heartrate and the esophageal problems. We do not have access to decent medical care. Tweet
