I have been using Iodine only for a few weeks now. Companion nutrients, salt dosing, salt loading and pulse dosing are all in order. The latest addition is magnesium chloride footbaths, which I have done once with a mild solution.
Reading posts here I have started to wonder if my dosage has been too low all along, "enough to stir up the detox but not enough to flush it". It has been such an upphill battle with exhaustion.
I started with 2 mg and have managed to climb up to 8.
What kind of dosage have you people started with and with what speed have you upped your dose? I realize it is all individual, but I would really like to know. My doctor said I may have to take more than 100 mg in the end but with this speed it will take me a year even to get there.
What kind of dosage and upping speed would you recommend to me?
