I know this reply is a bit late, but I just saw all your symptoms and noticed I have everything you have as well. Turns out the underlying cause of all my issues is Lyme Disease, Mercury Poisoning, and MTHFR mutations. Also have mold, pesticide, parasites as well (mold activates Lyme bacteria which triggers the main symptoms, mercury weakens the immune system so that lyme and parasites will thrive and grow in there).

I know it's been almost two years from your original post but hope you're feeling better!
