Yeah I was referring to Phoenixrising when I complained of not seeing much improvements. So far, only greensteps (or some nickname similar) reported real hope on the protocol, because she was under the supervision of someone that actually had a passion for nutrigenomic (its very hard to understand the stuff and set up the treatment). Also, its not impressive that after such an expensive testing people end taking hydroxy or methylcobalamin, methylfolate and a few more.

I see correcting methylation just as a needed part of the journey, but not the crucial because I want something quicker than glutathione or metallotathien to clear my system. Correcting methylation will be the way for the long term, but wont be any long term if I suicide or I continue living like im doing, all because of aluminum, mercury etc. I need to get functional and get a job or something and my sanity wont handle much more being an anhedonic enunuch.

But I will do more reading on that forum and will be interesting to dig into Yasko´s one.

I dont know, maybe the genetic testing its the way...
