While it may not be a popular suggestion, reducing or eliminating Gluten and Dairy for some time my also be a good idea. At least until you heal. I know it may suck but many people who have done this have felt much better and stayed that way. For yourself, it may not be permanent, though I really think it will help for now.
Since you have many of your most common foods causing you an issue, I would really look into parasites as well. Check out badbugs.org for two that are known to cause big gut issues.
