Thank you, yes I'm taking an herbalism class on Ayurveda, I admittedly know little of it aside from the adaptogens. I agree, I feel like my body seems annoyed with all the stuff I try which is hard because there is such an urge to be proactive. At the same time I don't want to deny myself something that could help. Wondering if I should be taking certain things during the opposite time of day due to the paradoxical reactions. Something I have to discuss with my doc... I also agree about the diet; proteins have been difficult for me to absorb/breakdown in the past so having a ton couldn't be good. Thank you for your ideas!!
