Re: the 11pm adrenaline rush!

"Has anyone else found that their adrenal fatigue for them is primarily a matter of personality / sensitivity temperement and do people believe that they will always to some degree be managaing emotional / stress related symptoms to some degree instead of waiting for that far off day when the adrenals are suddenly "healed"?"

YES. I have recently realised that everything that led me to being ill was ultimately caused by my "personality disorder" which has been diagnosed as Asperger but in fact also shares symptoms with others. I am also extremely sensitive for example...

I am investigating natural psychoactive compounds for my mental problems on top of treating my adrenal fatigue and leaky gut. Treating the source is more important.

For the curezone poster Craig, I am officially admitting that my problem is "psychological" man! It is just that is not psychological, it is a fundamental and inherited neuroquimic flaw that makes 1)you respond pathologically to stress 2)get stressed in otherwise even joyful stimuli for the neurotypical and lastly 3)create stressful (damaging) events and situations that the neurotypical would not in the same quantity and quality.

Melatonin sublingual puts me to sleep in 15 or 45 minutes most of nights, but I have to take it around 12 PM.
