Hi there-
Your post was very clear and concise and insightful. It has been almost a year since the Mirena has been removed and I am still dealing with issues. Unfortunately, mine are mainly Heart Issues and Anxiety...it is very scary and it is related exactly to my cycle.
Most Dr's will say that Mirena doesn't cause such injuries-again you have proven as many others have-that it does...I keep waiting to hear or read on the news about the injuries this device causes...I am waiting for my retribution.

Please update and feel free to post whenever...I have.

It is hard to believe but yes-this- BC has destroyed many lives...
