Re: Selenium supplementation.pain in the thyroid+weak muscels :(

Here is the information on the companions from Grizz: http://tinyurl.com/Iodine-Handout

If you're going to take vitamin D, then also take A, E and K2 MK4.

I was hypothyroid when I started iodine, I was on 137 mcg T4 (synthetic) and 18 mcg T3. After two years, I'm now on 1 grain of thiroyd a day (one grain contains T3 at 8.31 microgram and T4 at 35 microgram according to stopthethyroidmadness.com).

I take up to 5 gram of Iodide a day, otherwise I revert to hypo-T. My breasts are still full of fibroids, and I still have mercury toxicity. Once I'm free of those, I hope my hypo-T will clear completely.

Salt pushes will help with any pain and tiredness that comes from bromide leaving you tissues. Iodine makes you detox from all kinds of stuff. Fluoride will be leaving your body too, that also makes for heavy detox symptoms. Take boron for that.

If you have been selenium deficient, I would take at least 200 mcg daily, probably more for a while to get rid of the deficiency. Once selenium levels are normal again, I would take 200 mcg a day.

1 mg of Iodine is very little. Your body's needs are 13 mg daily when your healthy. And you're Iodine deficient. You need at least 50 mg a day for the body to be able to get iodine sufficient.

Good luck!
