parasites eat dead things.
So your idea makes sense to me.

Brown rice, or any other cooked food, is dead food. I bet it won't help with the critters.

Eat only raw, and your immune system will become strong; add the Iodine protocol and your immune system will become powerful.
Helps with stress, too.
