It depends on which drugs you are talking about.
It is obvious that there are "quality" drugs and counterfeit/cheaply made drugs.
I don't know if the online pharmacies are reliable. Very risky to poison the body with unknown substances.
Also we don't know how often these placebo fanatics replace some of the right anti helminths drugs with fake drugs.
