Hm... If your cortisol starts to go high, then it's definitely time to wean off. It makes absolutely no sense to go by some random predetermined time to go off. What does Dr. Neville have to say about that?

I'm planning to use the list of suggestions made in the "Stop the Thyroid Madness" book (on how to get off HC), when I start to feel ready to wean off the glandulars. It's a long list (and I just woke up), otherwise I'd copy it here for you guys. It might be available on her website.

I haven't done Gupta in a long while. I think it is definitely helpful, but not a cure all.
