Re: Guidelines for using adrenal glandular safely?

Its really interesting Dr Lams DANGER about glandulars, considering his wife had me on two of them every day, six weeks into their protocol when I was in 3C! But I did feel pretty good with them, but i put a lot of that down to their adrenalboost conaining Ashwaganda - plant benzo!

Would potentially something like Isocort be a safer introduction maybe? contains 2.5mg of cortisol so much less than the ones you talk of, and is hormone free due to it being a plant extract, in theory, it could 'fuel' those late nights, without tapping in to the adrenal reserve and without risking the potential side effects.

Beth got hit hard after taking glandulars, because they are in essence pretty risky considering the lack of standaisation and monitoring in the supplement world, god only knows what they could contain.

Ive been thinking the same thing as I just got my new ASI tests back and ive gone from a flatline 24 hour LOW, to a super high morning, even worse low in the afternoon and normal before bed. So I am treating the morning with Seiphos for three months, and then was thinking Isocort or maybe a glandular to lift the afternoon in a month or so. I know Laredo did this and successfully evened it all out has she had a similar 'curve'

Isocort is out of stock everywhere, I know Faith has found a place still selling it, but the new formula is due out by the end of the month im told.

My only advice directly to your question though, is slow wean on, and slow wean off, set a length of time your going to use it, then at that point slowly withdrawal over a period of time...and probably best not to get addicted and start shot gunning them as and when you take on to much? Ah, how I have learnt from my mistakes :)
