Re: High cortisol. Do I have it?

Okay ~ you've made some strong statements about the symptoms and I would urge you to engage in some type of support, either in group or counseling.

What you are describing are very predictable and recognized symptoms of withdrawal and your family and friends want to offer their support in your recovery, but you need the guidance of people who have experience in recovery either in their own journeys, or exstensive training. I strongly and gently urge you to consider BOTH options. I make this suggestion with sincere kindness and encouragement. You can manage these symptoms, yourself.

The most important thing to understand and accept is that recovery takes time, patience, and self love ~ self love is recognizing that you are precious and unique in this vast Universe.

Brightest blessings to you.
