I sometimes add a teaspoon of IP6 to mine.
As breads go I love sourdough - and unlike other breads can feel like a meal in its self
I am having a go with a couple of .other flours too. In addition to rye and wholemeal/malted, kamut and spelt - spelt being my current favourite
