Well, when the global economy finally kicks the bucket my lovely meat will be a scarce food source and all what's left will be seeds for making flour... Then I'll have to make some and then more to survive. Bread once again will be the staple of our diet in Russia, like it did during the WW2, for instance. But now it's not, so I choose my salted 'salo' and juicy, fatty meat cuts...
However, if you tell me even one health benefit in favour of bread consumption, it'll be great.
BTW do you use yeast or your own sourdough starter?
