Dunno, but all carbs slow me down yet this doesn't. Even dry pasta which has no fat in it does that. The only way to eat that is to add sufficient fats to offset the carbs ala Atkins.

Dunno for sure, but yes and the residue from the alcohol has medicinal value (via dowsing) far beyond what one would expect.
