Firstly congratulations on your great success and sharing it with us, it gives all of us hope. There's one thing that troubles me though, namey what did you do for protein during the six months? Very stupidly I cut out nearly all sources of protein for a few months some years ago. Naturally my body reacted really badly to it and unfortuntely my smell went through the roof. That experience though me that whatever diet you're on you need to maintain sufficent nutrition. Well done again Tweet
