Thanks lipdisorder for stating what did not work for you. I have to say that sun is bad, most people just need 10 minutes a day like Dr oz said, this is to make enough vitamin D units. More important for your area you live in you must check when the sun is not harsh. For instance most believe the sun is bad or intense during 10am and 3pm and one should not sit in the sun during this period at all if you can help it.
