Add to 6 or more oz of lemonade and drink within 5 minutes - (the psyllium absorbs water quickly and makes the thing like overcooked oatmeal quickly if not consumed, and wash vessels quickly to prevent psyllium from sticking)
Do this 4 times a day or 5 if over 150 lbs
I started passing MP on the third morning after the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) - that's certainly one of my objectives! Now on day 5 it's still coming out!
