On the fence!!


Hi everyone :) this is my first post.. although I've been lurking for a few weeks! All the info has been very helpful and it's nice to know there are others out there who understand!!

This has absolutely been the best thing I have ever done for myself! The hardest part for me has been defending this diet to my family and friends.. I'm just tired of hearing how this can't be good for me.. blah, blah, blah. I've never felt better in my life!

I'm on day 12 and am quite undecided on when to stop. Honestly, I don't want to stop! I've lost 14 pounds! It would have taken me about 6 weeks of dieting and working out to achieve what I have achieved in just 12 days! My body is reacting like I have been in a gym for over a month and I haven't done any exercise!

So, for now I'm just taking it one day at a time.. but when I get on here and read all of the posts it makes me want to stay on it!

I haven't done any of the P&B shakes and wonder if it's too late to start that? Or if only a few shakes would do any good?

Anyway, thanks for all the support and info!
