One is supposed to use 8/10 of a TSP for a HALF GALLON of mix!

Be aware that Cayenne comes in different "Heat Units" buy Cayenne around 35 -40 Heat units there is stuff out there that is MUCH hotter like 100 heat units! Hopefully that is the issue.
