Day.....18

I had to stop and think! I've almost stopped counting days....almost....
I still have only lost 12 pounds, which sort of sucks because I was hoping to lose more. I lost 15 lbs during my first 12-day Master-Cleanse for crying out loud.
But I feel absolutely great, lots of energy, and lots of weird stuff coming out the other end. So all in all, a very successful MC.

hypnotic woman, my twin, are you still out there? I still haven't been able to download your tape, but I'm operating on an iMac at home so that is part of the problem. I'll keep trying. Any suggestions for Mac users? Thanks!
