I feel I need the advise here on the digestive and poor assimilation.
You mentioned lemon juice. Must this be frosh lemon juice or can reconstituted lemon juice in a bottle still help and be used.
How much would one take and when do you take it (before meals)
would any digestive enzymes from health food store help?
