Re: kidneys weak from diabetes....help

Where do you inject your insulin? Have you ever injected into your legs? If so then I urge you to stop immediately! Favour your stomach and rear bum and avoid the legs and the arms.

I have been type 1 diabetic for over 35 years and I injected my legs during my childhood on a very regular basis, doing every injection twice daily into my legs.

I am now aware of iridology and I very much regret ever injecting my legs because of the effect it has had on my autonomic nervous system. I would recommend that you take a look at iridology because it might tell you more about your health than your doctor can tell you. I know more about my health than my doctor can tell me! Using a mirror and a low powered magnifying glass such as x3 or x4 will allow you to look closely, use a good light or small penlight torch.

Be careful with your Blood pressure because if it is raised, which it could be, then it can cause more damage. Your doctor will check this first of all.

It might be worth looking at the things to clear the circulatory system such as serrapeptase and nattokinase if you have high blood pressure. You could make some natto from fermented soya beans to help keep costs down. However the circulatory cleaning/clearing effect is lower than serrapeptase.

Your nervous system could be biggest hurdle to health if you inject your legs. It's not easy to restore. Regular deep relaxation, meditation and self-hypnosis can help restore the nervous system balance.

Using something to cut down Glycosylation might be helpful as would reducing your carbohydrate intake. I'm carb free and have been since the beginning of this year. I only take glucose powder if my B.S. drops. Be extremely careful if you try this because it could kill you if you do it wrong!!!! Little by little.

Things to consider:
Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA)- be extremely careful with this because it will significantly lower your insulin requirement!!! You would need very regular testing and starting with very small amounts until you know how it affects you. Even 80mg will be too much and could cause very severe low blood sugar. Break open a low dose capsule and split it into a very small amount!
Carnosine

I use many of these myself, I take 300mg of ALA twice daily but began with a much smaller amount and worked up. It regenerates antioxidants inside the body and many processes with regard to circulatory disorders in diabetes are due to oxidative damage. However it's far more than just that, the nervous system balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems become imbalanced, especially when injecting regularly. It's like having intense acupuncture multiple times a day.
