Here is an online obituary I saw. He apparently died fairly recently from his city.

Wickey told my mother she was COMPLETELY healed of her kidney disease and to stop dialysis which is advice that is EXTREMELY dangerous. It almost certainly would have lead to her rapid death had she listened to it.
Noone had more faith than my mom and she believed and none has more faith in alternative health and I believed and hoped he would be what we hoped for, but he did not cure us of a single thing. I think he said at least 18-20 things were healed and subsequently, we found none of them were healed, better or gone.
He told me I was cured of over a dozen things and my mom of several and not even one tiny thing got better. When he said my mom is cured, then that does not mean she dies soon afterwards and yet she did. Cured means you do not die of the thing that kills you.
Furthermore, his letting her down caused her to lose all faith in alternative health including the valid advise I had. After him, she shut her mind to trying alternative health. (she reopened it days before she died when she tried my recommendations and had astounding results.
Unfortunately, she had a heart attack- her 9th from dialysis- and the hospital killed her by giving her a drug they knew would kill her even though I was able to stop her heart attack in hospital as I had twice before and also got her dangerously low blood pressure to normal.
Yet even though she was stable and no longer in danger, they killed her as the doctor ordered this drug they would never give her before as they said it WOULD kill her. They also changed hospitable records of things that over 15 relatives all witnessed to protect themselves and hide what they did in lies.
It was very tragic as she was finally after 15 years of trying to get her on board finally on board till they killed her thinking it was mercy due to conversations doctor had with my sister who repeatedly said my mom should die as she had "no quality of life." The doctor apparently believed my youngest sister and thus killed her when he got the chance in order to "help her."
Doctors told my mother on multiple occasions that that if she stopped dialysis, she would be dead in a week. Also one time they could not get the dialysis needle in as something twisted her veins due to something the dialysis personnel did wrong and though hospitalized and having had some surgeries to try to get her the dialysis, they could not for 5 days
The result of 5 days without dialysis is that my mother lost her mind saying things such as I stole her baby and other crazy things and it was exactly the same as when my aunt had blood poisoning/gangrene and thus had dirty blood, she lost her mind and never recovered and was never the same.
Thank God my mother recovered her mind once they were able to do her dialysis but I saw that without it (and not doing other things alternative health wise), they were right and she would have been dead without that treatment e very few days.
And here was Wickey pronouncing her cured and advising her to do something that would have her dead in days. This is quite irresponsible as he asked her nothing about her case though she told him some and not rendering advise that could be harmful. If he is going to tell people to not do wha doctor says ok but at least learn something about the consequences of advise you give especially deadly advise.
When I told him what doctors said, he backed off and said to gradually wean her off instead of stopping but that she was cured. She was not cured as he said which he again repeated as she died shortly after. If she was cured, she would most likely not be dead now.
The problem with Wickey is he kept no records at all and thus only saw the people returning not the ones who died. He really had no idea if his a vise helped or hurt and he did not make effort to find out.
As I stated in my post on him, I have a big heart and I had a lot of info on healing cancer as I had studied this intensely for 35 years and so I emailed every person in this website where people contacted David and posted their experiences...over 100 people.
A huge number of the emails were sent back thanking me for the info but telling me their loved ones had died and were not healed by Wickey. Some were angry that he told them they were healed and because of their strong belief in him they did not do traditional treatments which may have accelerated their deaths. The end results were the people who traveled so far did so for nothing as they or their loved ones died.
As I mentioned in the post, some had traveled as far as 2000 miles away. I also have personal knowledge of the case of my cousin's daughter. She believed strongly in him and his cancer diet and thus did not follow doctor's advice at all to get chemo, etc
Finally when she started feeling worst, she went to the doctor who discovered the cancer had spread. She again visited Wickey but when she continued to deteriorate, she went for traditional treatment but it was too late then. Her belief in him made her not check to see the cancer had spread dramatically while she put all her faith in Wickey instead. He did not even know she died but her family sure did. She suffered a lot as not only had the cancer spread but her young nice, policeman husband died in the line of duty a few months before she died.
I feel the diet Wickey gave her was pretty sound but it was not enough to cure cancer.
How can you gauge your success if you keep zero medical records not even a name and take zero medical history?
He did not even know all these people he pronounced cured had died. How do you know he cured the ones who came back and not something else, perhaps some alternative treatment they were doing or even by placebo or the power of the mind?
How do you know they did not eventually get worst and not return or die down the road?
I did not say he was not well meaning or even generous but I firmly believe he is a Carleton but not on purpose probably.
Just because Wickey does it for free does not mean he is not a quack.
As I mentioned he was persecuted by the authorities for practicing without a license. He had moved and I believe the reason he charges nothing is if he does, he risks arrests.
He does sell honey, books, and many herbal and nutritional supplements, candles and so forth and makes a living that way and via donations as his waiting room is jammed with people. No problem with that at all but that is the reason he does not charge I am most sure. I am sure he makes a lot from the sale of supplements that he tells people they need (as he told me) I know my mom purchased a good amount of things they sold.
I never heard of a stomach bacteria causing very bad kidneys and legs that cannot walk but good luck.
I am sorry you did not appreciate the advice I spent a good deal of time giving you nor the many years that went into my long thread on healing the kidneys and do not wish to take it. But wish you well nonetheless. Normally I would have given you the things that came kill bacteria but since you have it all figured out, I will go on to someone interested in my 35 years of study.
I think if you had been one of those many people who had a relative you loved be told you were healed and had traveled so many hours to see Wickey only to die (and they all died within a year of him saying they were healed), you might feel differently than you do.
Just cause you know him does not mean he did not do these people wrong by telling then they were better when they weren't, that they should stop doctor drugs or treatment or that they had something they did not have just cause he said they did did not have what doctors and their tests said they did cause Wickey felt otherwise. Or by making them think they were cured so they did not seek treatment while their illness progressed to the point of no return. Harm was done, maybe not intentional but harm was still done.
Just because someone has faith, a good heart and tries to relieve suffering, it does not mean they cannot hurt people nor lead them from to not following the advice of their doctor nor put them on the wrong path by telling people the doctor's diagnosis is wrong..you do not have x you have z and he did this all the time.
Just because he not charge does not mean he did not making a living at this...I would say a good living. he did not charge as he would be in more trouble or even facing jail-time if they again charged him with practicing medicine without a license. He was smart enough to still get paid by many and also put himself in less danger.
I believe his heart was in the right place and I do feel some of his nutritional or herbal advice was good and that is probably what accounted for those who got better not Wickey himself and his "gift". I don't deny that many felt he healed them nor that he gave them hope, but my experiences and learning what I did from the non-success cases made me feel ethically, I had to warn people and I did.
Anyone who posted on that website devoted to him at the time, they were told they were healed and they were not or those who shared that nothing happened or they were not healed though he said they were--were ostracized on that website, insulted etc and some later had their posts removed. Well this acted to make people afraid to post negative experiences so it all seemed rosy and I will be darned if I will be pushed to not speak my truth of our experiences or those who kept silent many of who I emailed and some who thought they were healed till they weren't.
Luckily, I spoke with them before they removed the failures cases non testimonies from the site. Also the blame on that website devoted to Wickey was never put on Wickey but rather on the sick person saying they did not have faith in God. Even the nurses in the palliative unit said they had never had a patient with that much faith and lack of fear as my mom.
My mom had plenty of faith. Luckily, she did not put it in the wrong person realizing when she did not get better from her visits with Wickey that he was a fake..as I said presumably well meaning fake who tried his best but not someone I would ever advise anyone to go to to get healed unless it was perhaps for some nutritional advice.
Well even though you disagreed with me and feel I slandered him, I have to speak my truth for others, but since he has appeared to have died recently, I guess if people believe or not, they will have to find other means to heal themselves.
