On a regular day, I take 1 gram SSKI and about 150-200mg Lugols. My hypo symptoms have improved... hmm... I would say about 75%. Not fully there yet. I think these things take time to heal. In retrospect, the symptoms started around age 21 (I am 33 now) and the improvements are continual and significant. The detox is over, thank god. But I have heard that it can come in layers. I started feeling reallyyyyy good at around the start of August, so about 2 months ago :)
In all fairness, I have changed my diet significantly in the past year as well, so it is not just Iodine + company. I also had Amalgams removed in January and I think my detox was a lot worse due to that. I have a lot of toxins to shake.
