Wow, thank you both for your responses! I figured out that I started iodoral about March of 2009 but I never did enough of it I guess, I've taken it off and on but I always seem to get really hypothroid so I can't do much so I ease up on the dose.
I've never done the full protocol so we'll see how it goes this time.
