Yes, it is worth to play with the dose. The 2 grams caused me a mild detox; nice stinking bromide armpits (been awhile since I had those; 4-5 years!!) Also some skin outbreaks; all typical bromide, and I have slept deep and long hours.
It is the best detox symptoms IMO; loads of sleep and skin eruptions.

The extra sleep for the body to cope with the daily stresses, two much work in my case lately. The skin eruptions as it all comes to the surface, instead of being tied inside you.
