The wife & I take 50 mg a day of iodoral tablets with co-supplements and we fell GREAT. That is 50,000 yg, so your German Media is simply crying wolf.

Most of the Iodine doctors agree that a minimum of 6 to 12 mg a day is required for full body health. The breasts, ovaries, uterus & brain all require large amounts of Iodine or else they become Iodine deficient resulting in deficiency symptoms.
