Yes, I'm German. If people in Germany consume iodized table salt and eat processed food containing Iodine everyday, their intake is 180 - 200 µg, so a governmental info site claims.
I think this is just enough to avoid goiters...
I think the Iodine experts in this forum wouldn't even call this "low-dose". It's lowest dose. More a bad joke, I guess. Some people here in this forum take 200 000 µg
