Re: Germany - over-iodized?

You shouldn't buy processed food anyway.
Even worse: Non organic processed food.
You can easily avoid (iodized) salt consumption in Germany.
Just eat organic food. It generally only includes pure sea salt. Iodine content must be listed.
(2 positive things about Germany: As far as I know, our food (bread etc) does not contain any bromide. And the tap water does not contain fluoride. But I don't know wtf they are spraying in the sky...)
But I think even if you use iodized table salt and eat products that include it, it all adds up to some microgramms. So imho, the claim that Germany is over-iodized is BS... But maybe the iodine they use is poisoned to make us ill, I don't know. I rather avoid all mandatory iodine and drink my 200-300mg iodine via lugols.
3 weeks ago I jumped right into the high dose game.
It seems to be true! Low doses (20mg) are difficult, high doses are much better! I will continue and report back.
