Just wondering if anyone has tried both enemas and infrared light saunas? I'm thinking of embarking on either and curious to find out other people's experience. IS Infrared saunas more effective in detoxing than enemas? - they definitely seem to be the more expensive and harder to obtain option.

Any one tried both or the infrared sauna?
