On second thought... still chills, and head ache is back with vengeance...LIBBE colonic was Wed, still no BM... I wonder if maybe micro stroke or heavy metals (not the ones I'm listening to) could cause body to bind up and stop flow ...out? this long? Kidneys function!
I know headache and BP will go down after BM! No Liver Flush this weekend not enough time. resting..Kimchi, Yes! but still no BM..mind would like address but body does not..Probably after trip to local church fair(NOW)and some additional stuffed cabbage as in Polish Golobki (Gawumpki)mmmmmmm.....

I'll hit the 1/2 filtered water 1/2 saline little drug store enema... Who stole the kishka Who stole the kishka! Who stole the kishka! from the butcher shop!
