Finally getting somewhere after too many dead ends.
I switched to time-release vit. c tablets and this is starting to make a big difference in energy levels. I have had no stimulant type of energy in a long time, and I don't mean this in the artificial sense of stimulant, like there is no epinephrine being produced. The vit. c is the only thing that has turned this around, not even foods high in vit. c do this. Even if it's a false high and caused by detox it's still good to have the sensation
Selenium has always been a problem for me in anything but the lowest doses, like anything more than 10mcg causes me to feel down. I'm taking selenomethionine now, but rarely. My guess is that it displaces too much mercury in large doses.
Boron continues to be good and very surprising. Up until I found boron the only things that would give me a healthy calm sensation were things that directly acted on mercury.
Ran out of
Iodine and need to reorder lugol's.
Maybe I should look into the atp cofactors since I never took them.
Also switched to ARL's brand of megnesium derived from rice bran. This is by far the best tolerated magnesium I have tried, no side effects at all.
Recently ordered the MTHFR gene tests, results will be back in a month or two. The form of b. vitamins people tolerate is related to this gene mutation so maybe I'll wait till results are back. I never did well with any form of vit. b supplementation ever and hopefully this test will shed some light.
I think it's not a coincidence that after bucketloads of supplements the only ones that I am sticking with are all on the
Iodine cofactors list.
Back pain was excruciating during the last full moon. Not so bad now, but I had a lot of bed rest. I have a suspicion that grapes (maybe the seeds) really aggravate the pain. My joints are cracking and popping everywhere.
