Hep C or any other hepatitis for that matter is very easily diagnosable by blood test. You can request a full blood count very easily when you explain youre feeling ill.
Besides a blood test is one of the first things you should do when having chronic complaints anyway.

I have had chronic hepatitis (auto immune) What you notice is intense fatigue in the day, awake at night, grumpy mood, darkening of urine, no appitite, bleeding gums and nose bleeds, fever, cold body. I developed cirrhosis (working hard to reverse it to some extent) because I was too lazy to get a blood test and be diagnosed and didnt get treatment so it lingered on for manyyears. The biggest mistake health wise I made in my life.

If you have rice in you stool you definately have intestinal parasites aswell try to use new eggs in a sample tube, or make a picture of your stool and show your GP to give you a prescription for Albendazole or Mebendazole, but if you think you had unprotected sex, had blood transfusion, get checked for hep C. It wouldnt hurt, well maybe a little needle pinch ;)
