I doubt you've ever used it ... or you wouldn't be saying this. If I have soreness from a workout or a 'crick' in my neck, it doesn't seem to matter how much oral magnesium I take ... but I can put magnesium oil on it and withing seconds to minutes the pain is gone. I don't sell it ... so I have no hidden agendas ... just personal experience and feedback from clients, friends and family that would dispute what you say.
