Re: Magnesium oil is a rip off scam!

When you are finished with it... dissolve magnesium sulfate (Epsom Salt) in water and put it into a spry bottle and try that.

Most people have sulfur metabolism issues because the sulfur cycle was broken back in the 1860's with the commercial use of artificial fertilizers made for the waste products of the coal industries.

This also effects other mineral cycles in the body like magnesium...

That is why MSM is also a popular supplement... though it is not a *scam* IMO... however, why do you need that when you can get both the magnesium and the sulfur from Epsom Salts ?

A pinch or two of of ES with your meals (not so you can even taste it) will bump up the amounts in your diet and keep you regular.

Sure, conversion factors may or may not be as good; dependent upon the individual and their metabolism... however in most people, once magnesium levels are stabilized, Epsom Salt baths with a few pounds of the salts in the bath, twice a week seem to be all that is required to keep magnesium levels up... unless you are eating your green vegetables and they are top quality, chemical free vegetables... and you avoid toxins in our environments, then you may not need as many baths.
