Re: Magnesium oil is a rip off scam!

I've had very good luck with magnesium oil. I noticed a big difference.

I had been using Natural Calm for a couple of years. Any more than one teaspoon would give me diarhea. I could get nowhere near the amount I needed to correct my deficiency from years of chronic stress.

After reading the Magnesium Miracle, by Dr Dean, I tried magnesium oil. My chocolate cravings disappeared. My muscle weakness is gone.

For a week and a half, I slept great all night with good dream recall. That has faded a little. I’m thinking that I need to add something. I’m actually going to do a phone consult with Dr Dean to see if she might know why.

But my legs still have a lot of bounce. I had muscle weakness for 7 years, including the last 2.5 years using Natural Calm.

Have you actually tried Magnesium Oil?

If Epsom salts absorb through the skin in a bath, why wouldn't spray on oil absorb through the skin.  There are lot's of supplements and drugs that are applied transdermally.
