I'm not entirely sure I understand. A hot feeling?

I cannot say for sure what symptoms your having. Maybe it would help if you wrote out all the things you're eating. This includes beverages, snacks, candy, vitamins, and normal meals. Maybe take note of when you have strange feelings, and what you ate immediately before having those feelings,
