I eat A LOT. What I do not eat is processed foods. I eat real food... just like you. I am not that active any more, but wish to be. If I would get hungry, I would eat... but only those things within the boundaries of my lifestyle choice. My body has told me what it needs, and I have listened. I am nowhere near anorexic... I am healthy. I appreciate your concern, however. I am always willing to incorporate things that make sense to me, and that my body tells me it needs ( not wants... ;-) ) Carbs are good, but not if they are processed or come from wheat. I prefer carbs from veggies and fruits... as I would suspect you do too. thank you for a good dialog about choice!
