My diet is not what I would consider "high fat". A day of food for me looks something like this: breakfast... 2 hard boiled eggs. Lunch.... a bowl of stewed tomatoes. Dinner..... a lean meat, a large salad with either oil and vinegar or ranch dressing, and some sort of vegetable.... like, say asparagus. I do lightly butter my veggies. I do not eat the Atkins type diet, with loads of fat. I DO eat fat, however, in the form usually of cheese or butter. Olive oil, coconut oil too, but not in large amounts. I would say that I eat mostly low carb veggies. I eat fruit once in a while, but never those high in sugar. Too many people today eat junk... and think they are eating healthy. What folks really need to do is find out what works for them, and stick to that. When they feel good, they will know it, and form good habits. We are all in this together, and each of us is responsible for what we put into our mouths. Thanks for being an advocate for what works for you.... I do the same for what works for me. Mostly, I am hoping that people will seek out a better diet all around... one that they can live with and one that will bring them glowing health.
