Honest question - do you really think you've got AF ?
This isn't a thread where the author is trying to be cool, go off-road or whatever...
but out of about 7 years of Hell (esp. the last 3) I realize my limits in one regard: I "let myself belong" to something I'm not so sure I really am a part of; i.e.: all the symptoms of the so called "AF" corresponded to my state, and I thought for sure, literally, my adrenal glands were over-driving. I'm not saying they're not, but there are clear alternatives like the GI tract making this severe fatigue possible, digestive issues alone, I mean they're legion.
And I've tried every single possible diet, for long long periods of time to make sure I've really tried em out good, and did sports, and tried sleeping alright, and put myself in situations of no stress at all - I have the immense luxury of being able to stay at my parents' without working, thank GOD.
But this isn't a thread about me. I'm only mentioning myself as an example. The greater point is: are you even that SURE your adrenals are messed up ?
I may be wrong, but is there a specific standard blood test that CLEARLY INDICATES: "hey, your adrenals messed up fool!"
Thyroid is much easier to read. But do you *KNOW* you've got AF guys ?
My cousin in Montreal's a neurologist, and I told him about my fatigue and he said "AF doesn't exist" and I thought for yeaaaars he was just thinking like a regular Doctor, like a regular MD.
He didn't question the existence of my physical fatigue, but rather the concept of AF itself.
This may be very candid or naive or downright silly to ask, but have we ever recorded a case of sheer, scientifically-proven ADRENAL FATIGUE ?
I'm talkin: "yes Doctor, here are the indicators, the levels blah blah blah, this man has adrenal fatigue, it's a fact, case closed".
