1. YOU have to do the work.
2. Yes - 6 minutes if you only use what is available in the book. Just like anything else you study - YOU have to do the work. The more you get into it the more you must do. If you wanted to delve deeper (which you obviously did), you can't have expected someone else to do it for you.
3. What the 'head of coaching' told you is true. If you didn't want to hear an answer why did you ask the question.
4. No - not hours! Body/energy? The body IS energy.
5. Dr. Loyd does not tell anyone to 'review painful old memories.'
6. A refund? You got ALL the material! You probably have it on your computer. And you want a refund? Remember - YOU have to do the work. If you choose not to do that, you will NOT get results. But I am happy you are finally getting results - if you really are. Tweet
