SSKI-bread with Frankenyeast test

So I wanted to test SSKI in those amounts on the Frankenyeast sold as Fast Rise Yeast. I happen to have had one package in the back of the cupboard and made some Spiced Rye using 10 drops of SSKI since I will only yield about 30 slices of Bread.

1 pkg of Frankenyeast
2 cups non Genetically-Modified-Organisms White Bread Flout
3 cups Rye Flour
1 tsp Malt Syrup
1 tsp each Turmeric, Garam Masala and Caraway
3 tsp Salt
10 Drops of SSKI
A few drops of Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil .

The first rising went Frankenfast as expected, but by the second one that horrid Frankenyeast smell became less and it slowed down. The third one took over an hour.

Conclusion, SSKI breaks the Genetically-Modified-Organisms part of the reproductive cycle...

End product wasn't as good as if made from Sourdough but it wasn't as bad as normal Frankenyeast in texture. However the flavor rocks..
