Re: SSKI-bread
speaking with the manufacturer of most of the
KI made in the US i found out that ALL dog and cat food has
KI added to it. i am sure it is because if they didnt that roadkill and gmo corn mush left over from taking the sugars and oils out of it would never sustain their little bodies.
i really like the idea of cooking with KI. its just salt. people dont have any trouble using potassium chloride and sodium chloride by the spoonful, there is no reason whatsoever not to do the same with KI. forget these microgram nightmares and jump right in the deep end of the pool. the "water" is fine.
speaking of dosing, whenever i introduce people to
Iodine now and give them a bottle of
SSKI i just tell them to take a dropper full or two. i dont mess with drops, except with small children - one drop of
KI for every year of age, daily. and the one drop can start as soon as solid food is being taken.
