SSKI-bread
Yesterday I made rye bread for my boys (I hardly eat grains myself), combination sourdough and yeast. I have made it loads of times, sometimes with iodine. This time I decided to put some more in it, just for the fun of it; and test if more
Iodine could kill the yeast.
Earlier I have had a couple of drops of
Lugols in it, this time I had 5 dropperfuls of Trappers
SSKI :)))!
-They turned out just fine, even raised faster than before.
Delicious, so I couldnt keep my fingers of it, tried a couple of slices with loads of butter of course.
Today, no sinus reaction or sneezing.
If someone want to do the math; 1 liter of water, two breads, of which approx 25 slices. One dropperful of the
SSKI ; approx 15 drops, 24 mg per drop x 5.
